This page is for referrers.

Please note our policies and referral form have changed as of February 2026.

Coverage

Our priority is to support people living in:

  • Woodlands
  • Highfields
  • Adwick
  • Carcroft &
  • Skellow

We only cover the DN6 postcode area as we are having to prioritise the support we can provide.

Referrers

In order to access the Food Bank your client needs to be referred by one of the local agencies.  This could be:

  1. Any suitable Doncaster Metropolitan Borough Council Services inc St Leger Homes
  2. A key worker e.g. Social worker or Family Support Worker
  3. Your Doctors
  4. A local School
  5. A senior leader in one of the local Christian Churches (does not have to be Church of England)

We are an emergency Food Bank, not an ongoing Food Pantry and we need to maximise the help we give from the resources we have so referrals can be for a period of up to 4weeks.

Repeat Referrals

If you wish to refer a client for a second or subsequent time you will be asked to provide details of the support that has been offered to your client. We are not asking for any personal or sensitive client information. We are asking what *you* the referrer has done to support your client no longer needing the support of an emergency Food Bank.  If these details are not provided then we will not accept the referral.

Referral Process

Referrals can be made by email to foodbank@all-saints-church.net or by post to All Saints Vicarage, 9 Great North Road, Woodlands, Doncaster. DN6 7RB.
PLEASE do not send copies of referral forms to personal email addresses of Foodbank Volunteers or to general email addresses associated with All Saints Church.  Doing this may breach the confidentiality of our clients and will be reported to the appropriate agency as such.

Referrals must be made on one of the following forms, either a Word Document Form or a PDF.  If you use Adobe Reader you can use the Fill & Sign option to complete the PDF electronically and then save it for emailing.

Please ensure you are using the v3 form – referrals on old forms will not be accepted. Referrals are now up to 4 weeks

Collection days are normally on a Wednesday. Referrals made after midday on Tuesday will not normally be processed in time for a referral to start the following day.  Referrals received on a Wednesday will not be able to be collected until the following week.

Please do not send a recipient or colleague directly to the Foodbank with a paper copy of the form.

Please do not tell your client that they have been accepted for a referral until you receive a reply from our team with a referral number.
Please do not send them to any addresses or locations except those specified in the email accepting the referral.
Please do not assume that emailing the referral guarantees your client will be accepted.

Please note that the form has changed – you can now request food parcels for up to 4 weeks. Beyond that you will need to re-refer your clients and provide details of support steps taken during the preceeding referral period.
